South Korea Stuns Palestine in FIFA World Cup Qualifier
South Korea secures a 4-0 victory over Palestine in the FIFA World Cup qualifier.
In a one-sided match, South Korea showed their dominance from the start. The Taegeuk Warriors took control of the ball possession and created several chances in the first half. Their efforts paid off in the 33rd minute when Hwang Ui-jo scored the opening goal. South Korea continued to press for more goals and doubled their lead just before the break through Son Heung-min.
Second Half Dominance
In the second half, South Korea continued to dominate the game. They added two more goals to their tally through Kim Min-jae and Hwang Hee-chan. Palestine, on the other hand, struggled to create any clear-cut chances and failed to trouble the South Korean defense.
With this victory, South Korea takes a step closer to qualifying for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. They now sit top of Group H with seven points from three matches. Palestine, meanwhile, remains bottom of the group with no points from their opening three games.
