Milwaukee Brewers Philadelphia Phillies Zack Wheeler Bryce Harper

Phillies Wheeler, Harper Dominate Brewers for 10-0 Victory

Wheeler Continues Dominance, Extends Win Streak

Zack Wheeler continued his impressive start to the season on Tuesday night, pitching seven shutout innings and striking out 10 batters as the Philadelphia Phillies cruised to a 10-0 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Wheeler allowed just four hits and one walk, improving his record to 4-0 with a 1.80 ERA. The right-hander has now thrown 26 consecutive scoreless innings, dating back to his last start against the New York Mets on April 12.

Wheeler's outing was backed by a strong offensive performance from the Phillies, who scored three runs in the first inning off Brewers starter Brandon Woodruff and added two more in the third. Bryce Harper led the way with a 3-for-4 night, including a two-run home run in the first inning.

Harper Stays Hot, Extends Hitting Streak

Bryce Harper continued his hot start to the season, going 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, and two RBIs against the Brewers.

The reigning NL MVP is now batting .333 with six home runs and 17 RBIs in 19 games this season. Harper has hit safely in each of his last 10 games, raising his batting average by over 50 points during that span.

Harper's hot streak has been a major factor in the Phillies' strong start to the season. The team is now 12-7, good for second place in the NL East.

Brewers Struggles Continue

The Brewers, meanwhile, have struggled to find their footing this season, dropping to 7-12 with the loss to the Phillies.

The Brewers have been particularly poor on the offensive side of the ball, scoring just 2.9 runs per game, which is the second-lowest mark in the NL.

The Brewers will look to turn things around when they host the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday night.
