Create eye-catching timelines with SmartArt

Display your project milestones with style

SmartArt graphics are a great way to add visual interest to your presentations. You can use them to create a variety of diagrams, including timelines. Timelines are a great way to show the progress of a project or task, or to compare different options.

To create a timeline in PowerPoint, simply click on the "Insert" tab and then click on the "SmartArt" button. In the "Choose a SmartArt Graphic" dialog box, click on the "Process" tab and then select the "Timeline" graphic. Click on the "OK" button to insert the timeline into your presentation.

Once you have inserted a timeline, you can start adding your milestones. To add a milestone, simply click on the "Add Shape" button and then select the "Milestone" shape. Click on the milestone shape to add your text.

You can also customize the appearance of your timeline. To change the color of the timeline, simply click on the "Design" tab and then select the color you want. To change the font of the text, simply click on the "Home" tab and then select the font you want.
